  • Solid understanding of how people experience change, and the change process, including drivers of change resistance / barriers to adoption
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Strong written, verbal, and active listening skills
  • Strong problem solving, root cause identification, and planning skills with the ability to think big picture as well as hold the detail
  • Ability to quickly establish and maintain strong relationships at various levels of the organisation
  • Ability to influence others to drive progress toward goals

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the business change subject matter expert (SME) partnering with business functions and the transition delivery team to deliver
  • Co-create and maintain the change impact assessment(s) and change readiness assessment(s) to support people transition activity with the wider transition delivery team(s)
  • Develop and execute a change intervention (action) plan to bring stakeholders on the journey and equip them to lead people through the change
  • Create and support delivery of actionable deliverables that support people to transition into new roles / locations (deliverables span communication, engagement and knowledge transfer / training)
  • Identify, document and support mitigation of change risks related to projects in their scope
  • Input into the business readiness activities (e.g. Go/No Go decisions) as required
  • Collaborate, as required, with delivery partners across Haleon
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge share and upskilling activity via a Change Community of Practice
