Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis
Ability to translate business needs into clear and concise functional and technical specifications (user stories, process flows, use cases)
Solid understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations, Adobe
Experience working with SQL or analyzing data from relational databases
Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum, SDLC)
Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
Ability to work closely with developers, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC

Responsibilities

Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Develop detailed business requirements and user stories
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements
Create process flow diagrams and business process models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions
Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models
Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives
Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology
Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution
Research, gather, and synthesize information to drive business decisions
