Minimum 3 years of experience
SAP Build and Joule Studio Expertise
Proficiency in SAP Build Process Automation
Experience with Joule Studio’s Skill Builder and Agent Builder
Ability to create, test, and deploy Joule Skills and AI Agents
Low Code or No Code Development skills, including familiarity with drag-and-drop interfaces for building workflows
Understanding of rule-based logic and event-driven automation
AI and Cognitive Automation knowledge, including AI models for planning, reasoning, and decision-making
Ability to define agent goals using natural language instructions
Experience grounding agents in business data and SAP Knowledge Graphs
Integration Skills, including connecting Joule Skills to SAP and non-SAP systems via APIs and OData services
Configuring destinations and action projects for cross-system communication
Security and Compliance understanding, including SAP Cloud Identity Services Authentication and Provisioning
Managing data privacy, agent execution visibility, and compliance controls
SAP BTP Business Technology Platform experience, including subaccounts, entitlements, and Cloud Foundry environments
Familiarity with subscription models like BTPEA, CPEA, and PAYG
Business Process Understanding
