Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of technology, product, or project development experience
At least 5 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
Consistent track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first approach
Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and understanding of Agile principles
Experience reliably driving delivery of end-to-end data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms (e.g., Dashboards, APIs, User Interfaces)
Balance of technical knowledge and discernment
Customer-first, user experience mentality
Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills able to lead multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, Confluence, JIRA, Excel, and Word
Visio, Azure DevOps experience preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop a roadmap for internal applications and process improvements
Document process flows and create User Guides for internal applications
Drive enhancements and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
Work with cross-functional teams and collaborators to analyze the impacts of new product features and enhancements
Work in an agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline achievements and results, and see opportunities and risks
Partner with all departments and teams to define the user experience for internal users, including support and monitoring
Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of partners
Independently manage multiple, complex, multi-quarter or year-long projects and prioritize deliverables across one or more teams
Maintain documentation on features and capabilities for consumption by internal users
