Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of technology, product, or project development experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
  • Consistent track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first approach
  • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and understanding of Agile principles
  • Experience reliably driving delivery of end-to-end data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms (e.g., Dashboards, APIs, User Interfaces)
  • Balance of technical knowledge and discernment
  • Customer-first, user experience mentality
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills able to lead multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, Confluence, JIRA, Excel, and Word
  • Visio, Azure DevOps experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to co-develop a roadmap for internal applications and process improvements
  • Document process flows and create User Guides for internal applications
  • Drive enhancements and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with cross-functional teams and collaborators to analyze the impacts of new product features and enhancements
  • Work in an agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline achievements and results, and see opportunities and risks
  • Partner with all departments and teams to define the user experience for internal users, including support and monitoring
  • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
  • Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of partners
  • Independently manage multiple, complex, multi-quarter or year-long projects and prioritize deliverables across one or more teams
  • Maintain documentation on features and capabilities for consumption by internal users
