Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement
Proficiency in SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement (Must Have skill)
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Strong understanding of integration methodologies and best practices
Experience with data flow documentation and endpoint management
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques

Responsibilities

Assist in documenting integration strategy endpoints and data flows
Engage in the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration
Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Act as SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of integration strategies and recommend improvements
Align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization
