Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic enabler, contributing to short- and long-term growth by promoting data and insights for business decisions across Latin America
  • Work closely with senior leaders to co-create strategies, prioritize initiatives, and embed insights into decision-making
  • Drive alignment and consistency in analytics and insights initiatives across countries, inspiring data-driven practices and continuous improvement
  • Promote strategic use of customer and market insights to identify opportunities, anticipate trends, and support competitive positioning
  • Empower local teams with best practices, tools, methodologies, cross-country collaboration, and capability building
  • Guide direction and prioritization of regional analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource utilization
  • Develop and implement data infrastructure to support current and future business needs, collaborating with technical teams
  • Champion data governance standards for consistency, accuracy, and compliance
  • Encourage adoption of predictive analytics, AI, and machine learning for deeper insights and innovation
  • Ensure development and use of meaningful dashboards and scorecards for business performance visibility
