Requirements

  • Successfully completed university degree in (business) computer science, information systems or alternatively a solid education and relevant work experience
  • Approx. 5 - 10 years of experience in the above mentioned fields
  • Knowledge in software development (Java, Python, or similar)
  • Skills in databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Mongo)
  • Experience in AWS
  • Agile know-how and modern tools (e.g. OpenShift, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Jira)
  • High flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new situations

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of project plans, roadmap, program plan based on solution size and implementation strategy
  • Definition of IT solution for best coverage of business requirements and selection of implementation strategy
  • Responsibility for coordination of involved stakeholders, preparation of meetings, committees and project reports
  • Support business in definition of requirements
  • Third party integration and coordination for software development
  • E2E implementation and configuration of software
  • Release planning and release deployment
  • Incident management and analysis of incidents
  • Living a risk culture by continuously developing and maintaining a sense of responsibility in the proactive handling of risks within Santander Germany
