Requirements

Candidates should be currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or similar from a Tier-1 institution (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent). Strong interest in analytics, customer success, or consulting, with any prior internship or academic project experience in related areas is a plus. Comfort working with data and solving unstructured problems, along with a logical and analytical mindset, is required. Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, or similar for data analysis, and exposure to GenAI tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst Intern will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Product Managers (PMs), and clients to understand business problems and support customer goals. They will collaborate with teams across functions (Customer Success, GIS, R&D) to break down challenges, assist in creating dashboards, reports, and presentations, and identify opportunities to streamline analytical processes and improve delivery workflows. Additionally, the intern will help translate data into actionable recommendations for internal teams and customers, and support the standardization of insights across customers and product areas.
