We are seeking an individual to become an integral member of a tight-knit team of IAM professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term business partnerships. We anticipate customer needs, chart a course for success, and provide ongoing support.

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Directory Services team is responsible for the operational support and enhancement of Tier-0 Identity Data Infrastructures, including:

  • Radiant Logic
  • Oracle Unified Directory
  • Entra ID
  • ACF2 & Active Directory

And Supporting Tools such as:

  • Directory Data Manager
  • AD Explorer
  • Semperis DSP/ADFR
  • Netwrix PPE/PR
  • Azure JIT/PIM
  • Entra ID Connect

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for select IAM products and/or processes.
  • Ensure risks associated with products and processes are documented and addressed within risk and compliance policies.
  • Create, maintain, and share complex business flow diagrams (e.g., process maps, data flows, lists of controls, test cases).
  • Complete timely reviews for routine updates, including disclosures, business flow diagrams, controls, RIM-maintained files, and vendor scorecards.
  • Perform impact analysis and share findings to inform priority decisions and accelerate feature/user story definition and refinement.
  • Compile and interpret data to generate insights on potential challenges and opportunities.
  • Partner with developers to ensure a thorough understanding of user stories and viability constraints (Legal, Compliance, RIM).
  • Collaborate to assess necessary metrics for measuring progress and impact, and how data will be obtained.
  • Provide input to developers, engineers, and testing resources regarding potential test scenarios to ensure solutions meet challenges and constraints.
  • Collaborate with testing resources to identify optimal testing plans across various environments.
  • Assist the agile team in the execution of testing as needed.
  • Collaborate with appropriate teams to ensure communication and change management needs are addressed.
  • Ensure appropriate measurement and monitoring is in place to gauge the success of relevant products and processes.
  • Organize high-level requirements gathering meetings, create high-level PPT presentations (at the direction of stakeholders), and perform other related tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management skills are required to scope and capture requirements for emerging efforts (e.g., Radiant Logic custom view use cases, Knowledge Powered initiatives).
  • Ability to support key technology modernization efforts, such as coordination of WebLogic Retirement and VDI infrastructure.
