Requirements

  • Preferred background in natural sciences (e.g. chemistry, biochemical engineering, biomedical studies, medicine, pharmacology) or studies in economics and/or marketing with strong interest in life sciences
  • At least 1-3 years of work experience in consulting, with basic understanding and interest in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Very confident with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as advanced skills in data visualization
  • Quality, service, and solution orientation
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills and data affinity
  • Quick perception and talent to independently manage several innovative projects simultaneously
  • Open-minded character with very good presentation and communication skills in Russian and English
  • Proficiency in consulting methods, tools, and techniques, as well as awareness of industry trends and developments

Responsibilities

  • Support customers operationally and strategically in the development and implementation of projects
  • Handle individual work packages, increasing responsibility to sub-project management and independent customer communication
  • Use internal comprehensive data sources for quantitative tasks, relying on support from internal IQVIA experts or external sources
  • Apply proven tools and analytical methods in project work and develop innovative analytical approaches
  • In coordination with the team, prepare, execute, and follow up on customer presentations and workshops
  • Support business development activities and knowledge transfer
