Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or a related field and have 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, operations, or commercial analytics within the biotech, healthcare, or professional services sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a passion for technology and scientific advancements. Candidates must be highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable presenting and training teams. Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, HealthCloud, Hubspot, Google Sheets, and SQL database queries is required. Familiarity with a startup environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will analyze business processes and performance data to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency. They will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, evaluate and recommend new business intelligence tools, and ensure data accuracy and reliability through validation and quality control. This role involves supporting CRM reporting and analytics, defining data and reporting requirements with stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on metrics and workflows. Responsibilities also include documenting best practices, training internal teams on data interpretation, communicating updates on key metrics, and identifying and mitigating risks related to data integrity.
