Requirements

Experience in MOA (Maîtrise d'Ouvrage) and project management (at least 5 years)
Good knowledge of IARD (Assurance dommages) insurance
Meeting facilitation techniques
Knowledge of the Cleva information system (a plus)
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities

Responsibilities

Define working methods in collaboration with the Project Management, test and validate the method on a first functional area before deploying it to others
Participate in training other AMOA consultants who may join the team
Assist users in expressing their needs
Draft terms of reference, review and validate detailed functional specifications
Prepare functional parameterization
Draft test plans
Execute part of the tests
Ensure reporting to project instances
Participate in project coordination instances (depending on deliverables)
Deliver: terms of reference/expression of needs, test plans (drafting & partial execution), test tracking indicators, reporting to coordination instances
