  • English proficiency for daily communication with foreign stakeholders and peers

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current platform capabilities and identify gaps for the new solution
  • Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows
  • Maintain clear communication between business and technical teams
  • Support data mapping, migration strategies, and validation processes
  • Assist in defining test cases and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business queries related to the migration
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are addressed in the new platform
  • Identify potential risks in migration and propose mitigation strategies
