Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. English certification (e.g., TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL) is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ITSM platform implementation
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Experience in project management and Agile/SCRUM methodologies
  • Familiarity with SDLC, quality standards, and service delivery operations

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with global support teams to implement and enhance the ITSM platform
  • Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases
  • Facilitate migration from legacy systems (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) to the new platform
  • Coordinate with project streams to ensure smooth integration and delivery
  • Develop detailed requirement specifications to minimize implementation risks
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and scalable solutions
  • Lead meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions effectively
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Work with vendors during technical discussions and implementation phases
  • Create and maintain technical and process documentation
