Responsibilities

Build and maintain KPI dashboards for revenue, retention, churn, CAC, LTV, AOV, and fulfillment
Pull and clean data from Shopify, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and marketing channels
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial and operational data
Provide weekly and monthly summaries with actionable insights
Create simple, repeatable systems for reporting and analysis
Deliver weekly KPI dashboard (LTV, CAC, churn, retention, MRR, AOV, active subs, new vs. canceled)
Deliver monthly performance summary with trends, insights, and key takeaways
Deliver clean, reliable data pulled from Shopify, QuickBooks, and marketing platforms
Deliver cohort analysis showing subscriber retention and churn patterns
Deliver LTV:CAC ratio tracking and payback period calculations
Deliver financial snapshot: revenue, COGS, margins, and contribution profit
Deliver documented reporting process (data sources, update steps, definitions)
Deliver ad-hoc analysis to answer strategic questions or model “what-if” scenarios
