Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in business analysis, FP&A, or data analytics
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Strong understanding of subscription metrics (CAC, LTV, MRR, churn, ARPU)
  • Familiarity with Shopify, QuickBooks, and common eCommerce data sources
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain insights clearly and visually
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards for revenue, retention, churn, CAC, LTV, AOV, and fulfillment
  • Pull and clean data from Shopify, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and marketing channels
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial and operational data
  • Provide weekly and monthly summaries with actionable insights
  • Create simple, repeatable systems for reporting and analysis
  • Deliver weekly KPI dashboard (LTV, CAC, churn, retention, MRR, AOV, active subs, new vs. canceled)
  • Deliver monthly performance summary with trends, insights, and key takeaways
  • Deliver clean, reliable data pulled from Shopify, QuickBooks, and marketing platforms
  • Deliver cohort analysis showing subscriber retention and churn patterns
  • Deliver LTV:CAC ratio tracking and payback period calculations
  • Deliver financial snapshot: revenue, COGS, margins, and contribution profit
  • Deliver documented reporting process (data sources, update steps, definitions)
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis to answer strategic questions or model “what-if” scenarios
