Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with SQL for data manipulation, including cleaning, transforming, and creating data, is essential, as well as experience with Python for various forms of analyses, including building models and running automated processes.
As a Business Analyst, the individual will understand At-Bay’s business, including its products, services, distribution, technology stack, and partners, and establish relationships with colleagues across the enterprise. They will deliver high-quality output and manage analytics projects independently, collaborating with other leaders to enhance insight delivery. The role involves performing analyses to inform strategic decision-making, balancing growth and profitability, and proposing data-driven improvements to processes or business practices. Additionally, they will contribute to improving At-Bay’s products and processes by partnering with go-to-market, technology, insurance, and security services teams.
