  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, Research, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • 3-5 years of proven success as a data analyst in sales or other business-group facing analytics roles providing insights to support business decisions
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across all areas of the business
  • Break down complex problems into clear, data-driven insights that inform decision making, collaborating with different departments to synthesize broad sets of information into comprehensive analyses
  • Identify and quantify the financial impact of potential business decisions, providing clear and concise recommendations to senior management
  • Maintain and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop insights that track progress against strategic goals, highlighting areas of strength and weakness
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for operational & financial analysis from business leaders, providing timely and accurate insights to support decision-making
  • Design and develop appropriate analytical approaches and methodologies given the question at hand and data available
  • Identify high-level strategic opportunities and risks, providing data-driven solutions to optimize business performance and mitigate risks
  • Effectively communicate complex analytics to both quantitative/finance and non-quantitative audiences through slide presentations, written reports, and spreadsheets
  • Prepare presentations and reports to summarize findings and recommendations for senior company leadership
  • Build strong relationships with business partners across the organization to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on key initiatives
