Skill in Supply Chain - Supply Chain Execution
Proficiency in Airbus Tools & Systems (Gsites, electronic catalogues, SIPOC, Salesforce, internal pricing/training repositories)
Commercial & Pricing Knowledge (pricing delegation, cost structures, proposal preparation)
Project & Process Management skills (managing offer lifecycles, tracking KPIs, coordinating cross-functional teams, timely delivery)
Data Analysis & Reporting skills (track, interpret, present KPIs, lessons learned, performance summaries)
Communication & Stakeholder Management skills (drafting proposals, coordinating with focal points, handling escalations, leading CDM discussions)
MS Office / G-Suite Proficiency (Excel/Sheets for analysis, PowerPoint/Slides for presentations)
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to work with cross-functional and offshore teams
Attention to Detail (ensuring accuracy in contractual, technical, delivery elements)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Manage planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations
Provide insights to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and facilitate greater profits
Manage the flow of goods and services, including processes transforming raw materials into final products
Manage tasks in supply chain such as order fulfilment, procurement, warehousing, and transporting
Support Airbus Sales Operations across Commercial Offering, Training, and Close Down Meeting (CDM) work packages
Prepare and manage upgrade proposals and pricing offers within delegated scope
Ensure alignment with Airbus tools and processes
Coordinate training offers and manage costing requests
Maintain KPIs to support compliance and timely delivery
Facilitate CDM process by gathering stakeholder feedback, preparing materials, and compiling actionable reports
Perform analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
Interact daily with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
Work with limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management
Follow moderate level instructions on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
Make decisions impacting own work and potentially others' work
Serve as an individual contributor within a team with focused scope
