Any Graduation
16 to 25 years of experience
Power user of enterprise Generative AI software like Microsoft Copilot or equivalent
Experience in Marketing Operations and/or leading Gen AI powered Marketing operations transformation
Prior experience working directly with global clients in a consulting or delivery capacity
Delivers results in fast-paced, evolving requirements by adapting to shifting priorities and maintaining project focus
Proven experience in leading and delivering complex technology projects in a marketing operations environment
Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior leadership
Demonstrated capability to manage, mentor, and motivate diverse project teams
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address delivery challenges
Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or other recognised delivery frameworks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and mitigate risks under tight deadlines
Certifications: Project management (PMP, PRINCE2), Agile/Scrum Master, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications
Understanding of change management principles and best practices
Awareness of data protection regulations (GDPR, etc.) and compliance requirements in technology delivery
Experience managing geographically distributed or multicultural teams
Flexibility to work with global clients across different time zones

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of agentic solutions for operations clients, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards
