Requirements

Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant course and have at least 1-2 years of experience in AU Mortgage, with related experience in client relations and broker support being preferred. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

Responsibilities

The Broker Review Officer will ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, licensing obligations, and internal policies and procedures through a comprehensive audit program, review and adjust loan submissions to meet lender requirements and ensure high quality, upload required client documents into the system, understand lender checklist requirements and industry regulations set by ASIC, maintain accurate records of audit activities, deliver exceptional customer service, and participate in company-wide events and employee development activities.
