Requirements

  • 6 months continuous work history in 2 years
  • Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Able to follow safe work practices, including use of personal protective equipment when required
  • Able to follow all sanitary procedures and policies
  • Provide government identification number for verification of previous Tyson employment history
  • Available for 2nd shift schedule: Monday through Friday, some Saturday work

Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery to ensure continuous flow of product through the production process
  • Ensure proper ingredients/supplies are used on the line
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed
  • Notify supervisor if machines require maintenance
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
  • Keep breader/predust and batter machines at proper ingredient usage level
  • Keep work area clean
  • Help set up line at the start of the shift
  • Assist with clean-up and sanitation of the line following USDA/Tyson guidelines
  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor
