A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Master's or equivalent experience preferred. Strong analytical skills, proven sales acumen, and experience leading teams, managing people, and developing talent are essential. The role also requires strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills, along with the ability to synthesize data and simplify findings to solve client business issues. Familiarity with sales processes in CPG companies and knowledge of NielsenIQ products and services are preferred.
The Brand & Media Customer Success Leader for Western Europe will be responsible for customer success within the Brand & Media Strategic Analytics & Insight Practice Area, reporting to the regional leader. Key duties include delivering with excellence, maintaining delivery standards, driving operational efficiency, and supporting upselling and cross-selling to enable timely revenue recognition and profitable execution. This role involves supporting the regional leader in designing the practice area organization, managing the P&L, coordinating cross-training programs, setting and measuring delivery standards, and contributing to regional revenue targets by supporting repeat sales and timely deliverables. Responsibilities also include collaborating with regional Sales partners on client and project revenue growth, representing Customer Success at key client meetings, working with global teams to develop best delivery practices, targeting reductions in cycle time, driving employee engagement and retention, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and providing input into product and toolkit roadmaps. The role is accountable for team engagement and retention, regional revenue, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and EBITDA.
