Ability to work part-time schedule (10-15 hours/week) with flexibility for weekend and evening events

Comfortable engaging with people of all ages (toddlers to grandparents)

Calm under pressure (not easily aggravated by large crowds)
Desire to bring joy and be part of something meaningful
Meet mascot costume sizing: height 5’5” to 5’8”, slim build, waist 29”-34”, hips 35”-38”, shoulders 39”-42”, neck under 15”, weight under 155 lbs, foot size under 11
Comfortable wearing mascot costume indoors/outdoors in confined spaces
Ability to stand for long periods, withstand heat (with provided breaks, cooling packs, hydration)

Responsibilities

Attend community events, local partnerships, school functions, parades, and outreach as the Bone Dry mascot dog
Bring energy, positivity, and connection (waving, dancing, taking photos, being present)
Work closely with marketing and outreach team for meaningful interactions
Help people feel part of the Bone Dry Family
Listen to home team handler and follow safety guidelines
Interact with event goers in a fun, family-friendly way
Stay in communication with home team during events
