  • Ability to embrace an external focus: understand the cardiometabolic health market landscape, competitive development efforts, and needs of patients, caregivers, physicians, and payers in Belgium
  • Active participation with medical in defining and implementing Thought Leader action plans and contacts; being connected with customers is essential
  • Gathering external market and customer insights to tailor the cardiometabolic health community strategy into local Belgian implementation
  • Collaboration with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) in their educational role
  • Capacity to engage with internal teams: develop cross-functional relationships with local Marketing, Digital, Medical, and Sales
  • Engage Sales Reps using the Customer Dialogue Model (get input, enhance materials, transfer with brand ambassadors)
  • Collaboration with Medical Shared Services, Legal, and Ethics & Compliance, respecting Lilly and local standards
  • Active collaboration with International/Global teams to implement and translate global strategies into BeLux reality
  • Ability to prioritize work due to split responsibilities across multiple products and work independently

Responsibilities

  • Develop, drive, and execute customer/brand plans to ensure product uptake/growth by delivering unparalleled customer experience for the cardiometabolic health portfolio in BeLux
  • Create and implement a comprehensive cross-functional business/customer plan for successful launches and optimization of existing products, using the EU Therapeutic Area community brand plan as basis
  • Ensure cardiometabolic health commercialization strategies are embedded into local plans by communicating and influencing stakeholders
  • Integrate customer insights to translate business objectives into Key Player Objectives and major tactics for desired customer experience
  • Integrate and optimize channel mix (including digital and patient activation) when defining major tactics
  • Closely monitor budget related to brands, actions, and strategies
  • Tactically implement plans focused on adding value to customers (HCP, caregiver, patient) and measure success
  • Frequently monitor customer plan execution and customer-facing activities
