  • Minimum 3 years in Marketing and/or Sales including working with advertising/creative agencies
  • Experience of working with MS Office

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies using all elements of the marketing mix, including brand development, to increase sales
  • Have broad and deep product knowledge and be responsible for product trainings as appropriate
  • Localize global/EMEAP marketing strategy to match the brand position in Switzerland and maximise brand potential
  • Input into developing plan to market product through promotional campaigns, utilising the full marketing mix
  • Develop or localize multichannel marketing projects in accordance with relevant functions
  • Budget planning and tracking to ensure promotional campaigns are within agreed spending limits and A&P reporting is accurate, including accruals, for owned projects
  • Assist in preparing plan, LBE, LRP & S&OP as required
  • Liaise closely and influence sales management, brand team, and sales team to ensure promotional campaigns are developed on strategy and executed effectively
  • Prepare, organize, and conduct trainings to ensure sales teams are well trained and able to execute strategies effectively
  • Liaise closely with all support functions (including Medical, Regulatory, Customer Services, Manufacturing, External Agencies, and Global/EMEA Marketing)
  • Collate competitor intelligence from the market
  • Report Marketing KPIs as deemed necessary by the ACH management team and Global/EMEAP Marketing
  • Analyze KPIs to optimize campaigns and spendings/ROI
  • Create or localize marketing material: ensure marketing material is developed, approved, and produced according to branding guidelines and approval processes
  • Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders regarding quotes, negotiations, contracts, POs
  • Work with relevant leaders and managers as well as peers to create and track in-country marketing plans and communicate to the commercial organisation as appropriate
  • Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements
