Responsibilities

  • Analyzing business and building recommendations to develop strategic & business thinking
  • Developing local consumer insights and competitive understanding together with our Analytics & Insights team
  • Building brand equities to fully meet consumers’ needs and become the preferred product choice in your market
  • Delivering winning business strategy based on superior understanding of the consumers, customer and competitive and ambitious environment
  • Designing & implementing communication campaigns (media, sampling, CRM, endorsements, PR, events etc.), collaborating with agencies on best-in-class plans & toolkits (regional campaign localization or development of local campaigns)
  • Co-leading strategic innovation programs (monitoring execution in market and design of future programs)
  • Cooperating with local Sales teams to understand local market & retail dynamics to feed our future plans
  • Potential assignments: Local delivery, Customer & Channel marketing, Direct-to-Consumer marketing, Data marketing, In-store marketing, Media management, Category Design, Category Delivery, Brand Innovation, Communications, Analytics
