Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a Master's degree preferred. Proven leadership experience in analytics consultancy or market research is required, along with expertise in Brand & Media Solutions. Strong analytical, sales acumen, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to lead and develop teams, maintain positive client relationships, and communicate effectively. Knowledge of NielsenIQ products and services is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Brand Health/Brand Tracking Customer Success Leader will be responsible for customer success across Western Europe, focusing on delivering excellence, driving operational efficiency, and supporting sales for the Brand & Media Strategic Analytics & Insight Practice Area. Key duties include managing the P&L, coordinating cross-training programs, setting delivery standards, contributing to revenue targets, representing Customer Success in client meetings, and collaborating with global teams to implement best practices. The role also involves driving employee engagement and retention, fostering continuous improvement, providing input into product roadmaps, and supporting thought leadership efforts.
