Experience in leading high-performing teams, managing people, developing talent, and maintaining positive client relationships in complex situations is also necessary. Knowledge of sales processes in CPG companies and NielsenIQ products/services is preferred.
The Brand Health / Brand Tracking - Customer Success Leader will be responsible for customer success within the Brand & Media Strategic Analytics & Insight Practice Area across Western Europe. Key duties include delivering excellence, maintaining delivery standards, driving operational efficiency, and supporting sales for upselling and cross-selling to ensure timely revenue recognition and profitable execution. This role involves supporting the regional customer success lead in organizational design, P&L management, hub strategy, and coordinating cross-training programs. The leader will set and measure delivery standards to drive client satisfaction, contribute to regional revenue targets through repeat sales and timely deliverables, and collaborate with sales partners for client and project revenue growth, retention, and profitability. They will represent Customer Success in key client meetings, contribute to global commercial strategy, and drive best delivery practices. Additional responsibilities include targeting reductions in cycle time, fostering high employee engagement and retention, driving continuous improvement, providing input into product roadmaps, and supporting thought leadership efforts. Core KPIs include increasing team engagement and retention, driving regional revenue, maintaining/increasing Net Promoter Score (NPS), and supporting EBITDA targets through profitability monitoring and budget optimization.
