Requirements

Candidates should have 6+ years of design experience in brand, campaign, UX/UI, or creative studio environments, with expertise in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and system design. Experience with both print and digital production, file preparation, and designing/building websites with no-code/low-code platforms like Framer or Webflow is required. Familiarity with motion design tools and Figma is also needed. An expressive portfolio showcasing elevated design work across marketing, customer experience, and storytelling, demonstrating the ability to translate design concepts into functional websites focused on conversion rate optimization and SEO best practices, is essential. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, organized, resourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently and in a team under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

The Brand Designer will act as the primary designer and technical force multiplier for the marketing team, executing on-brand creative assets for various channels and translating strategic briefs into visually compelling design solutions. They will leverage AI and automation to streamline creative workflows, stay informed on design trends, and design, build, and maintain content on Alto.com using Framer, creating high-performing landing pages optimized for conversion and user experience. The designer will partner with marketing leads to ensure design and technical implementations align with SEO and AI summary strategies, communicate strategic thinking and design decisions, support creative workflow management, maintain the design library, and coordinate external freelancers and agencies.
