Requirements

3–5 years of professional experience in brand and graphic design
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and proficiency in Figma
Experience within a PC network environment and MS Office (including PowerPoint)
Highly visual, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong conceptual and typographic skills with an understanding of visual storytelling
Self-motivated with the ability to see projects through from concept to production
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience in architecture, interiors, or the broader creative industry a plus

Responsibilities

Develop brand and marketing materials for print, digital, and experiential applications
Create and update business development presentations, proposals, and RFP submissions
Collaborate with the team to build unique branding narratives for external clients, and subsequently, compelling logo and identity systems
Create brand assets and collateral for internal and external events, partnerships, and initiatives
Maintain and advance firm-wide graphic standards and visual identity systems
Design advertising, sponsorship, and campaign materials
Collaborate with the marketing team on social, digital, and web visuals
Support design for and updates to external communications, including email campaigns
Manage design details for materials such as business cards, signage, and packaging
Work collaboratively across departments to ensure cohesive, consistent storytelling and brand alignment
Explore and implement innovative solutions to continually advance the brand, applying trends and new technologies to design work
Support for basic internal video production and editing
