Brand Designer

Position Overview

ClickHouse is seeking an ambitious and hungry Brand Designer to join its globally distributed but tightly connected Design team. This is an opportunity to significantly impact one of the fastest-growing companies in data infrastructure by shaping the visual aesthetic and user experience across our website, documentation, and cloud product. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing team on a wide variety of creative initiatives, contributing to the evolution of the ClickHouse brand.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Asset Development: Partner with Marketing to create standout assets for conferences, campaigns, blog posts, social media, videos, and web experiences.
  • Brand Enablement: Empower colleagues across teams by providing templates, guidance, and on-brand tools to scale creative output.
  • Brand Consistency: Collaborate with Product Designers to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Brand Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our brand expression and deepen audience engagement.
  • Visual Language Evolution: Contribute to the evolution of the ClickHouse brand's visual language, including typography, iconography, illustration, motion, and animation.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work and cross-channel design systems.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign (or equivalents).
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a bias for action and creative experimentation.

Compensation

Salary Ranges (USD):

  • New York Area / San Francisco Area: $135,000 - $180,000
  • Washington State: $114,750 - $197,200
  • General US Remote: $114,750 - $197,200
  • Los Angeles, CA / Washington, DC: $121,500 - $208,800
  • Seattle, WA: $121,500 - $208,800

Note: Compensation positioning within these ranges depends on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, skills, business requirements, and geographical location.
