Requirements

Responsibilities

The Brand Copywriter will own all brand copywriting across emails, onboarding, and in-product flows, translating complex product concepts into simple, engaging messaging that drives action. They will define, document, and scale a distinct, consistent brand voice across all touchpoints, partnering with Product, Design, and Growth teams to write emails, web pages, product launches, and marketing materials. Furthermore, they will use copy to improve conversion performance, guide user behavior, and deepen customer engagement, and build a brand messaging framework that enables other teams to move faster and write better.
