Responsibilities
- Emissão de pareceres jurídicos sobre temas trabalhistas, incluindo medidas disciplinares e desligamentos por justa causa
- Assessoria em temas como saúde e segurança do trabalho (SST), alterações de cargos, jornada de trabalho, criação de empresas, contratação de estrangeiros e transferências internacionais
- Atuação preventiva em projetos já existentes ou em fase de implantação
- Elaboração e revisão de comunicados, políticas internas, regulamentos, contratos, termos e acordos individuais, incluindo contratos de executivos e diretores
- Representação institucional em grupos de estudo e alinhamento de temas jurídicos no setor bancário
- Atendimento a fiscalizações do Ministério do Trabalho e gestão de autos de infração
