Candidates should possess a strong owner’s mindset, approaching feedback and problems with a positive attitude, and demonstrate integrity. They must be comfortable standing for extended periods (up to 8+ hours), able to lift and carry at least 20 lbs, and be able to handle chemicals safely, along with availability for four shifts including weekdays and weekends.
The Part-Time Sales Associate will serve as a brand ambassador, welcoming and educating clients about the Studs’ piercing and shopping experience, acting as an Earscaper through one-on-one interaction, and meeting and exceeding revenue targets. They will also maintain operational procedures impacting the Studio experience, including appointment flow and POS accuracy, and provide best-in-class service to everyone in the Studio, aligning to company policies and standard operating procedures while offering solutions-oriented feedback and escalating when needed.
