Position Overview

Dane Street, a leading Independent Review Organization and national provider of Group Health Review services, is expanding its physician panel. This presents an opportunity for physicians seeking non-traditional work and supplemental income. This is a telework opportunity where you will provide medical necessity reviews for treatment requests and appeals of previously denied services.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Texas Medical License
• Active Practice Board Certified

Responsibilities

• Review medical necessity of treatment requests.
• Review medical necessity of previously denied services in appeals.
• Provide advisory-only opinions.

Work Details

• Caseload: Customized to your schedule.
• Time per Review: Average of 10-15 minutes per case.
• Training: Less than 1 week for onboarding.
• Workplace: Remote
