Candidates must possess a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and at least three years of experience applying ABA principles. They should demonstrate strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, treatment planning, data collection, and analysis, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct behavior assessments, design and implement Treatment Plans of Care, design measurement and data collection systems, provide case oversight and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), attend team meetings, conduct client outcomes reviews, conduct family training, handle billing and documentation, and attend regularly scheduled meetings with BCBAs and other staff as needed.
