Diploma or a partially completed HND, or an equivalent qualification
Strong time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Adaptability to changing needs of the company, clients, and team members
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and support a team of 24 members to achieve set objectives
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and career development
Monitor team productivity and ensure that targets are met consistently and efficiently
Complete some works daily to verify the guidelines, system's performance, issues, and special functions
Compare the current and previous production reports to analyze individual and team performance
Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly by delegating tasks and responsibilities
Manage workloads and ensure that team members have the necessary resources to complete their tasks
Implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual growth
Participate in guideline updating sessions, question hours, QA discussions, and training sessions
Act as the primary point of contact between team members and management
Facilitate regular team meetings to update on progress, share feedback, and address any issues
Foster a positive team culture through open communication and collaboration
Gather details and conduct the weekly and monthly calls with BMI
Participate in operational-related USA calls
Clear the doubts of the production process raised by the team members
Track individual and team performance metrics to ensure KPIs and targets are met
Gather data and provide regular reports to management on team progress, challenges, and achievements
Maintain work details logs for further improvements
Address any conflicts or challenges within the team, using effective problem-solving techniques
Ensure any operational issues are identified and resolved promptly
Ensure that all work delivered by the team meets quality standards and expectations
Regularly review the work of team members to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
Analyze weekly KPI and Audit reports received from BMI
