Requirements

  • Diploma or a partially completed HND, or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of 24 members to achieve set objectives
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and career development
  • Monitor team productivity and ensure that targets are met consistently and efficiently
  • Complete some works daily to verify the guidelines, system's performance, issues, and special functions
  • Compare the current and previous production reports to analyze individual and team performance
  • Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly by delegating tasks and responsibilities
  • Manage workloads and ensure that team members have the necessary resources to complete their tasks
  • Implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual growth
  • Participate in guideline updating sessions, question hours, QA discussions, and training sessions
  • Act as the primary point of contact between team members and management
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to update on progress, share feedback, and address any issues
  • Foster a positive team culture through open communication and collaboration
  • Gather details and conduct the weekly and monthly calls with BMI
  • Participate in operational-related USA calls
  • Clear the doubts of the production process raised by the team members
  • Track individual and team performance metrics to ensure KPIs and targets are met
  • Gather data and provide regular reports to management on team progress, challenges, and achievements
  • Maintain work details logs for further improvements
  • Address any conflicts or challenges within the team, using effective problem-solving techniques
  • Ensure any operational issues are identified and resolved promptly
  • Ensure that all work delivered by the team meets quality standards and expectations
  • Regularly review the work of team members to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
  • Analyze weekly KPI and Audit reports received from BMI
