Diploma or a partially completed HND, or an equivalent qualification
Strong time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Adaptability to changing needs of the company, clients, and team members
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks related to the team while assisting the Team Lead/Manager in administrative tasks
Managing deadlines & workflow
Scheduling meetings and appointments to ensure that the project is running smoothly
Support the others in sorting out system-related issues, working as a system expert, and communicating with the BMI USA team in any system failures
Responsible for newly updated guidelines, and sharing them with the team by maintaining a proper shared document
Managing and responsible for the team activities while the team leads are away
Handling daily/weekly and monthly reports
Any other role assigned by the leadership team
