Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
One (1) year of front of house / usher experience in a theatrical environment preferred
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Responsibilities
Assist in the performance by accurately executing production cues, managing props, escorting audience participants during the show, and preparing the venue for transitions between performances
Collaborate with fellow “Gatekeepers” and performers in a constructive, non-competitive way to enhance the entertainment experience for guests
Meet customer expectations while upholding the aesthetic environment, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring theater safety
Stay informed about all on-site restaurants, services, shows, events, and amenities
