Responsibilities

  • Perform screening of attractive markets and companies to help with sourcing of opportunities
  • Prepare due diligence packs for the investment team, providing relevant, informative materials
  • Conduct interviews with industry experts and prospective companies
  • Prepare written summaries and presentation materials for the investment team
  • Perform all pertinent financial analyses, including LBOs and detailed operating models
  • Draft investment memorandum and marketing materials for the investment team
