Responsibilities

Perform screening of attractive markets and companies to help with sourcing of opportunities
Prepare due diligence packs for the investment team, providing relevant, informative materials
Conduct interviews with industry experts and prospective companies
Prepare written summaries and presentation materials for the investment team
Perform all pertinent financial analyses, including LBOs and detailed operating models
Draft investment memorandum and marketing materials for the investment team
