Requirements

  • Extensive experience in infrastructure and asset-based credit within credit & insurance
  • Proven track record suitable for a Managing Director level role at a leading alternative asset manager
  • Relevant skills, qualifications, and experience to justify base salary range of $225,000 - $250,000
  • Ability to obtain required securities licenses if engaged in client-facing activities, fund structuring, marketing, or supervision of licensed employees (e.g., attending client meetings, marketing funds, advising on marketing plans)
  • Readiness to take on additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities as required, subject to change at Blackstone's discretion

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties related to infrastructure and asset-based credit in Blackstone's Credit & Insurance platform
  • Engage in client-facing activities such as attending client meetings discussing Blackstone products, marketing funds to clients, and addressing client questions (may require securities licenses)
  • Supervise or train securities-licensed employees
  • Structure or create Blackstone funds/products
  • Advise on or develop marketing plans and contribute to marketing materials
  • Undertake additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities as directed by Blackstone, which may change at any time with or without notice
