Candidates must be currently enrolled in university-level Accounting or Business Administration studies, having completed a minimum of their 3rd year. Proficiency in English at an intermediate level (B2+) is required, along with technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally PBI. Experience with accounting principles or Billing concepts, including accruals and prepaids, is necessary. Applicants should have less than 1 year of professional experience in accounting/finance roles and commit to participating in the program for a minimum of 12 months.
The Billing Finance Development Program participant will support fundamental month-end close processes and journal entries using Oracle and OBIEE. They will prepare monthly reconciliations and fulfill ad hoc requests for Billing reporting and analysis. Responsibilities also include promoting basic standardization efforts and efficiency enhancements across financial reporting and analysis models, supporting entry-level monthly tasks for the department, following service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics, and developing desktop procedure documents for routine processes.
