Responsibilities

  • Answer customer service-related calls from member florists in both English and Spanish
  • Process billing calls
  • Confirm floral orders for florist shops
  • Assist member florists with questions, requests, product purchases, and problems
  • Handle incoming calls including Flower Orders, Product Orders, Directory Orders and Changes, Credit Card Product and Equipment Orders, Credit Card Equipment Troubleshooting, Customer monthly statements, and Web Hosting
  • Reinforce Teleflora's commitment to superior Customer Service in each interaction
  • Perform additional duties as needed
