Requirements

The ideal candidate must be bilingual in both Spanish and English, possess expert-level solution-based selling skills, and have a collaborative attitude. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience and 2-3 years of sales management experience are required, along with proficiency in CRM and sales tools, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

The Bilingual Sales Manager will oversee a team of Spanish-speaking sales representatives, focusing on outbound efforts to acquire high-capacity businesses. Responsibilities include maintaining team morale, setting and achieving goals, coaching the sales process, managing campaigns and productivity, and streamlining AE workflow. The manager will also train and mentor team members, provide feedback to Sales Operations and Enablement, and become an expert in the Thumbtack product to articulate its value proposition to potential clients. They will also manage daily sales issues and reconcile sales for accuracy.
