The Bilingual Member Support Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for Twin members and care teams, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to the digital product, sensors, and services via phone, email, or chat. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues, ensuring timely follow-up on support cases to meet service level agreements, and escalating complex problems to appropriate teams.
