Responsibilities

  • Educate patient members about pharmacy benefits and help source medications through various programs in English and Spanish
  • Provide support to members, providers, and pharmacies via inbound phone calls, email, and other channels, ensuring one-call resolution
  • Handle inbound calls for enrollment in drug savings programs and resolve inquiries for English and Spanish-speaking callers
  • Coordinate with members, physicians, drug manufacturers, and pharmacies to facilitate enrollment, including Spanish communications
  • Manage calls by accurately resolving issues, demonstrating compassion, meeting compliance, and ensuring hassle-free experiences
  • Gather missing information to resolve cases with emphasis on one-call resolution
  • Maintain documentation and follow-up on each member interaction
  • Stay updated on processes and policies for compliance and quality
