Candidates must possess a university degree in Translation/Applied Languages or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with over 3 years of experience in translation/localization. Native fluency in Bengali and strong written and spoken English are essential. A thorough understanding of the localization process, proficiency with standard software like Windows and Office, and experience with CAT tools such as XTM and SDL Studio are required. Familiarity with issue tracking and query management tools like JIRA is also necessary. The role demands excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, deep knowledge of terminology in at least two subject matters, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Candidates should be capable of providing clear feedback, presenting information effectively, solving problems, interpreting instructions, and training others. Positive customer communication experience and the ability to work in a virtual team are also key requirements.
