Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of experience in benefits administration, ideally in a client-facing role, and have a deep understanding of EMEA benefits administration processes. Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is preferred.
The Benefits Representative will provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for client benefits administration needs, including payroll and carrier connections, and manage enrollment on carrier portals. They will conduct quality assurance testing, train clients on the benefits administration platform, and build client relationships by identifying pain points and providing solutions. Additionally, they will collect and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders and respond to employee benefit questions, triaging and resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
