A Benefits Integration Specialist is needed to support the configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of employee benefits enrollment systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in benefit plan structures, eligibility rules, and Data Exchange connections, capable of working cross-functionally with internal teams and carriers.

Requirements

• Required:
  • 2+ years of experience working in Employee Navigator
  • Solid understanding of benefits administration processes and terminology
  • Familiarity with Data Exchange connections, eligibility file formatting, and carrier requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred:
  • Experience with additional systems like Ease, bswift, or PlanSource

Responsibilities

• Understand how to build and maintain group benefit plans in Employee Navigator.
• Understand how to set up eligibility rules, plan structures, and payroll deductions based on client requirements.
• Configure and monitor Data Exchange file feeds for medical, dental, vision, and other ancillary plans.
• Conduct internal call to work through file errors.
• Troubleshoot system issues, plan configuration mismatches, and data integrity problems.
• Document procedures and maintain client-specific setup records.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
