Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have experience in Human Services or a related field; Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support staff in the Rapid Access Unit, ensuring they have the resources needed to provide top-notch care to clients
  • Review and ensure that all documentation, including shift reports and electronic health records, is completed accurately and on time
  • Foster a culture of safety and respect among staff and clients, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback
  • Directly and indirectly supervise all staff and clients, monitoring performance and providing feedback for growth and improvement
  • Prepare for daily tasks by creating staff schedules, conducting building inspections, and leading team meetings
  • Generate staff schedules and approve time off requests, ensuring accurate timecard reviews for payroll
  • Provide on-call support outside of regular business hours to assist your team as needed
  • Coordinate and maintain the facilities, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and safe for everyone
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones and relaying messages to the appropriate personnel
  • Gather and submit incident reports to HR within 24 hours if any injuries occur on your team
